Ingredients 🛒
Dough
- 2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet (7 g) instant yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup (180 ml) warm water
Toppings
- 1 cup (250 g) pizza sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 100 g spicy pepperoni slices
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the dough: mix yeast, warm water, and sugar; let it foam. Add flour, salt, olive oil, and knead into smooth dough. Rest 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough into a circle and place on parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
- Arrange pepperoni slices on top and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
