🦆 Peking Duck (China)

Peking Duck (China), one of the most famous Chinese dishes 🍗🦆

👉 Traditional Peking Duck in Beijing uses a wood-fired oven and air-pumping technique to separate the skin from the meat (super crispy skin 🍽️), but this home version gives you nearly the same flavor.
